- קָפוּףm. (= קוּפָּה) basket; ק׳ ומחוק the peddlars basket with the strike which he carries with him. Tosef.Ḥull.VIII, 4 (read:) נותנן בק׳ ובמ׳ ומפשילןוכ׳ he may put them (the fowl and the cheese) into the basket and throw them over his shoulder.
